With tapering double-edged blade of flattened oval section, ricasso of rectangular section, steel hilt of rounded bars comprising straight swelling quillons, two outer side-rings, the upper one joined by a curved bar to the knuckle-guard, inner-guard of three merging curved bars also joining the knuckle-guard, globular pommel with integral button, and wire-bound steel grip
