With curved blade double-edged towards the point and etched on both sides with foliage and crowned VR cypher, brass hilt comprising cross-guard, ivory grip-scales secured by rosette-headed rivets, engraved grip-strap, and pommel with circular mount for a sword-knot, in its brass scabbard with two rings for suspension
