Footnotes

Provenance:
The vendor, John Morris, was both Michael Caine's and John Lennon's stunt double. He worked with Michael Caine for over 10 years. Morris was working on the set of Sleuth with Michael Caine in 1972. On the next stage Roger Moore was filming the James Bond film, Live And Let Die. Roger Moore came into Michael Caine's dressing room and gave Michael a bottle of champagne and this acetate disc, given to him by Paul McCartney. Afterwards, Michael Caine gifted this acetate to Morris as a thank you for long time service.
