Provenance:
Previously owned by Andy Ross, who discovered and signed Blur and who had acquired this guitar in the mid 1970's. Ross played this guitar in his post punk band Disco Zombies before signing Blur in 1989.

Andy Ross founded the record label Food Records. He worked on all of Blur's records up to the album Think Tank in early 2003. Ross lent this guitar to Graham Coxon to play on a track during the recording sessions for the 1994 album Parklife. The track was This Is A Low and the guitar work, and particularly the solo, are considered to be amongst Graham's best.

This is believed to be the first guitar associated with Graham Coxon to be offered at auction.
