Scherenschnitte Memorial to Miss Emeline Wonson (1810-25) of Gloucester, Massachusetts
Boston, 10 April 1827
Dense foliage centering a pyramidal monument flanked by male and female mourners with details drawn in ink together with the inscription "Sacred to the memory of Miss Emeline Wonson who departed this life April 6th 1825, aged 15 years" above four lines of verse, below a heart inscribed "Cut in Boston / April 10th 1827", laid over black twill ground and mounted in glazed frame.
