Original weight-driven eight-day movement with brass plates and wheels, anchor-recoil escapement, and 11 3/4-inch pendulum, mounted behind bell-shaped painted sheet iron dial with fine black- and gold-painted chapter ring above signature "WARRANTED BY / E * TABER." in a foliate reserve, including finial, 35cm wide, 15cm deep, 76cm high (14 1/4in wide, 6 3/4in deep, 30 1/2in high).
