A WORLD WAR I EDDYSTONE U.S. MODEL 1917 BOLT ACTION RIFLE.
1918.

Serial number 288330, .30-06 caliber, barrel with "1-18" date at the muzzle, adjustable rear sight, "E" marked bolt, walnut stock with cartouches, steel butt plate.
Barrel lg. 26, overall lg. 46 1/2 in.

Condition: Barrel and metal in general toned to brown, stock has scattered dings, dents and scratches, oxidation in bore, rifling is strong, action functions properly.
