Brass and iron hilts with Mexican crest set below scrolling branches that join into the knuckle bow, bone, leather or ray skin covered grips and curved blades, two with leather scabbards; the sword with the eagle pommel marked on the blade "SOY DE A SERO CASTEIIANO NO DIOS LIBERTAD DISEN LOS REPULIC ANOS HA DE ANGANGUEO OCTUBRE 8 1869 POR Pf MARQUEZ."
