A SCARCE RUGER NEW BEARCAT ASTERISK PREFIX SERIAL NUMBER SINGLE ACTION REVOLVER WITH ORIGINAL BOX.

Ruger catalog number SBC-4, model 00912, serial number *93-01623, .22 Long Rifle caliber; blued steel barrel with roller engraved markings reading "STURM, RUGER & CO. INC./SOUTHPORT, CONN. U.S.A." with "SR" eagle emblem, ".22/CAL" and "READ INSTRUCTION MANUAL"; round flat face ejector rod thumbpiece; one-piece blued steel frame; blued steel trigger guard; blued steel cylinder with roller engraved bear and cougar scene and "RUGER/BEARCAT" and ".22L.R." marking; without grips; with original gray plastic factory box marked "USED", instructions, and spent shell casing.
Barrel lg. 4 in., overall lg. 8 ¾ in.

Condition: Excellent overall condition, as new, lacking grips.
