TWO U.S. MODEL 1873 TROWEL BAYONETS.

A bayonet and scabbard; the bayonet with blued socket marked "PAT.APR.16-72" with 10 in. convex blade with median ridge on the back; brown leather scabbard with suspension hook and brass tip.

A bayonet with blued socket marked "PAT.APR.16-72" with 10 in. convex blade with median ridge on the back.

Condition: Bayonets are in good overall condition with deep bluing on the sockets and bright blades; scabbard shows wear and minor surface losses.
