AN ALLEN & THURBER PEPPERBOX PISTOL,
Worcester, Massachusetts, mid-19th century.

Serial number 220, .32 caliber, five barrels marked "ALLEN & THURBER", "WORCESTER" and "PATENTED 1845", the hammer marked "ALLENS PATENTE"; foliate scroll engraved frame and walnut grip.
Barrel lg. 2 1/2, overall lg 6 1/4 in.

Condition: Metal toned to mottled gray/brown, grip has minor dings and dents, action needs attention.
