A FRENCH MODEL AN XIII FLINTLOCK CAVALRY PISTOL,
Maubeuge, 1813.

8 in., .69 caliber round barrel with octagonal breech; lock plate with pointed tail, engraved "Maubeuge/Manuf. Imple." below the brass pan; walnut stock with armory/inspector markings behind the side plate; brass furniture including a butt cap, trigger guard, convex side plate and barrel band; steel rammer with button head and threaded end.
Overall lg. 14 in.

Condition: Good overall condition, iron parts are bright and show some wear, stock has a few light dings and dents, brass is toned to yellow, action functions properly.
