Artist Statement: Caroline Pintoff was born in 1934 in London, England. In 1970 she moved to New York and then Los Angeles, working at Pintoff Productions in Hollywood. She is a self-taught artist, calligrapher and craftswoman and is inspired by David Hockney and the 1970's California art movement.
