Artist Statement: Alicia Savio is a LatinX artist. Her Velodrome painting series deconstructs bicycles with a deeper spiritual meaning: the circle of life, from one cycle to another. The Los Angeles Lakers selected Savio as a 2024 Contributing Artist for the In the Paint exhibition at the UCLA Performance Center. Her work has been shown at the Band of Vices art gallery in Los Angeles and in the reCYCLED & reIMAGINED exhibition at Baldwin Avenue Gallery in Sierra Madre. The Laurel Foundation selected Savio's The Messenger sculpture for their 2024 charity auction, The Art Of_: Supporting The Laurel Foundation, at Bonhams Los Angeles. Alicia has also volunteered for AIDS Project L.A.

Alicia Savio is a Contemporary Latin-American painter and sculptor. Savio has exhibited at L.A. County Museum of Art (LACMA), Ontario Museum of Art, Long Beach Museum of Arts, Eduardo Sivori Museum Buenos Aires, UCLA, USC, Cal State LA, Self-Help Graphics, Pasadena Society of Artists, Pasadena Playhouse, Boston Court Performing Arts Center, ART EXPO NY, Atlas Gallery Chicago, Fusion Gallery, and D Gallery Palm Springs. Her paintings and sculptures have been acquired by domestic and international art collectors through Saatchi Art Gallery and been featured in Samsung TV 's "The Frame" digital art subscription service.
