Of hide construction (the lower panel of buffalo hide), the roll-beaded opening suspending a beaded drop, additionally beaded down the sides of the neck and along the lower panel with geometric designs on a light blue ground, suspending quilled slats terminating in yellow ochre-pigmented hide fringe.
