A WUCAI 'FIGURAL' GU-FORM VASE

Shunzhi period
Decorated with a scholarly gathering on a garden terrace above a central globular section painted with branches of plum blossoms over a flared based elegantly rendered with alternating pomegranate and peach sprays, all broadly painted in brilliant enamels under a 'cracked-ice' band at the flared rim.
