For another rare Yuzhi marked bottle is illustrated by Hugh Moss, Victor Graham and Ka Bo Tsang, A Treasury of Chinese Snuff Bottles, The Mary and George Bloch Collection, Hong Kong, 1998, pp. 468-470, no. 354, where the Palace provenance is discussed.

An identical bottle with Yuzhi mark was offered at Christie's New York, 18 October 1993, The Reif Collection of Chinese Snuff Bottles, lot 165

For a bottle of identical shape and material but decorated with vertical lines of a poem rather than the paired-chilong of our example and with a slightly less imperial mark, nianzhi rather than Yuzhi of ours, see Clare Lawrence, Miniature Masterpieces from the Middle Kingdom, The Monimar Collection of Chinese Snuff Bottles, Hong Kong, 1996, pp.118-119, no. 53
