AN ARCHAISTIC PALE CELADON JADE GUI BI 'DRAGON' TABLET

18th century
The circular bi disc with scroll designs supported on a three-claw dragon emerging from cresting waves and stylized clouds, the sword-form gui tablet rising from behind, a smaller dragon with forked tail encircled the top of the tablet, the back with a tall rock under the three stars carved in relief, the stone with natural vein lines and inclusions.
5 7/8in (15cm) high
