Eastern Han Dynasty
Comprising an inscribed 'liubo and celestial creatures' mirror; and an inscribed 'yuren and dragon' mirror.
6 1/4in (15.9cm) and 5 15/16in (15.1cm) diam
(2, wood fitted boxes).

The inscription on the liubo mirror indicates that it was commissioned by Ms. Wang (王氏作竟), continued with a popular poem started with "上有仙人不知老,渴飲玉泉饑食棗".

The inscription on the yuren mirror indicates that it was commissioned by Ms. Zhang (張氏作竟), continued with "四夷服".
