Footnotes

The famous manufacturer located in Le Brassus is not only known for its Royal Oak model. Long before this model, the brand had forged its reputation by developing complicated models prized by collectors. The present Lot is a perfect example, displaying the date and days of the week, it is also nicknamed the 'Owl' due to the placement of the calendar subsidiary dials that look like the eyes of an owl.
