A Bow finger bowl and a jug, circa 1749-55

The finger bowl of gently waisted form with a lobed rim, painted in the Imari palette with trailing flowering branches and holed rockwork in underglaze blue, red and gold, blue florets below the interior rim, 7.4cm high, incised 'R' mark, red painter's mark, the large jug of baluster form, similarly decorated with a flowerhead and diaper border, 16cm high, painter's numeral 4 (2)
