Turkey, circa 1540

of rectangular form, decorated in cobalt blue and turquoise on a white ground with a scrolling foliate tendril comprising a central saz leaf containing a stylised floral spray, flowerheads and partial rosettes to either side, all within horizontal borders
24.2 x 12.5 cm.
