The present pair of busts carved by Chauncey Bradley Ives depicts Royal Elisha Robbins (1824-1902) and his wife, Mary Elizabeth (née Horton) Robbins (1842-1896). Mr. Robbins served as treasurer of the Waltham Watch Company in Waltham, Massachusetts from 1852 until his death in 1902.
