The Collection of Lady Anne Glenconner
Lot 1 - 21

Provenance:
The Hon. Clare Tennant (1896-1960);
Anne Tennant, Baroness Glenconner (1932-present)

This bracelet was a bequest from The Hon. Clare Tennant to Lady Anne Glenconner. Clare Tennant was Lady Glenconner's aunt by marriage and a prominent figure in British high society. Her two brothers, David and Stephen, were central figures of the 'Bright Young Things' – a group of aristocratic and bohemian socialites in 1920s London who inspired many novelists of the era.
