A 'TIGER' MILITARY RANK BADGE, BUZI

Late Qing Dynasty
Designed for a fourth rank military official, finely worked in metallic threads with a tiger perched on rockwork amongst waves, below five bats, amongst cloud scrolls and the sun, within a key fret and foliate scroll border, framed and glazed.
