Literature
Biancalana, Alessandro, Porcellane Ginori a Doccia. La stanza delle meraviglie di casa Colli, 2023, pp. 179-181, cat. 10

A letter from Lorenzo Ginori from 1757 lists "1 Brighella di Commedia Italiana bianco di 9 Soldi di altezza non perfetto [1 white Brighella from the Italian Comedy, 9 Soldi in height, not perfect]" (AGL Firenze, XIII, 1, f.1, Lorenzo Ginori. Lettere diverse dirette al medesimo. 1757-1761, cc. 160-162). The print source is likely to be the engraving La Révéranse d'Arlequin by Claude Gillot (1673-1722), published in 1734 by Anne-Claude-Philippe de Caylus (illustrated).
