Footnotes

In The Power of Form, W. MacGaffey identifies the pear-shaped seed as kyala mooko, whose name means "extend your hands". This can be interpreted as one has to be ready to receive advice from the wise. The two tethered goats suggest that if you arrange things imprudently you will have to deal with the consequences (untangle the goats). The gong will resound with news of the problem.
