Executed by John Thomas Heath and John Hartsghorne Middleton for Hukin & Heath, Birmingham. Impressed twice with manufacturer's mark JTH/JHM, Sterling silver hallmark, date letter mark, Birmingham assay office Mark. Mounted lid with engraved crown and underside impressed JTH/JHM, Sterling silver hallmark, date letter mark, 7911/10.
