Born in 1936 in London, Ursula Morley-Price studied at the Camberwell School of Arts and Crafts and Stade University College. After spending six months in Hans Coper's studio, she set up her first studio in Hertfordshire and then in France, marking the beginning of numerous destinations around the world. Her works, created by her particularly meticulous technique of stretching the coil, poetically resemble flora from the ocean floor moving with the gentle currents.
