A Paul Newman Costume Sketch Designed by Edith Head for A New Kind of Love
Paramount, 1963. Designed by Edith Head. Gouache and ink on illustration board. Paul Newman is a ladies' man in this romantic farce of mistaken identity. He costars with his real-life wife, Joanne Woodward. Edith Head's designs in this film are truly decadent and gorgeous in their variety, as Woodward plays both a tomboy and a femme fatale. Exhibiting expected age and handling.
