The large sugarloaf emerald weighing 134.62 carats, within a pear-shaped, marquise- and round brilliant-cut diamond frame, suspended from a necklace set with smaller sugarloaf emeralds and round brilliant-cut diamonds; the remaining emeralds and diamonds together weighing approximately 70.35 and 5.55 carats respectively; pendant detachable; mounted in 18 karat white and yellow gold; pendant length 7.8cm; necklace length 43.5cm
