[a figure belonging to the Italian Comedy called the Doctor, very well in his requisite habit and handed on for smoothing. He is depicted in a tunic with long sleeves along with a large hat, a collar around his neck and a dagger].

This figure, along with the Gondolier and Tartaglio from the same series and some portrait busts and medallions depicting the poet, Christian Fürchtegott Gellert, are the final entries in Kaendler's work records. He died on the 18th May aged 69, having served the Meissen manufactory for forty-four years.
