A rare pair of Barr, Flight and Barr Worcester chamber candlesticks, circa 1810

Of boat shape with scrolling gilt strap handles, the nozzles raised on gilded gadrooned stems, the salmon-pink ground exteriors moulded with horizontal bands simulating planks, finely painted with wide borders of colourful flowers against black grounds to the interior rims, the centres and nozzles gilt with caillouté, a formal border of gilded scrollwork below the nozzle rims, 16cm long, printed marks referring to Coventry St address (2)
