A Barr, Flight and Barr Worcester cabinet cup, cover and stand, circa 1805-10

Of goblet shape with angular handles, the domed cover with an urn finial, finely painted probably by John Barker with a panel with two shells and coral amongst colourful seaweed within a wide gilt border, reserved on a salmon ground richly gilt with stylised oak leaves, foliate scrolls and rosettes, gold vermiculé and a 'Greek key' border above the foot, 15.8cm high overall, impressed crowned BFB marks, printed mark with Coventry St address (3)
