Two good engraved goblets with twist stems, third quarter 18th century

The bowls decorated with bands of fruiting vine below the rims and moulded with fine flutes to the lower parts, one with a generous ogee bowl on a single-series airtwist stem containing four spiral air threads, the other with a generous round funnel bowl on a double-series opaque twist stem with an opaque white eleven-ply spiral band outside a gauze, over conical feet, 18.3cm and 17.5cm high (2)

Buyers' Premium and Charges

Buyer's Premium Rates
28% on the first £40,000 of the hammer price;
27% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £40,000 up to and including £800,000;
21% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £800,000 up to and including £4,500,000;
and 14.5% of the hammer price of any amounts in excess of £4,500,000.
