Striding on a perforated base for attachment, the legs carved as if in action; the long, arching cylindrical torso decorated with finely incised geometric designs and terminating with a finely incised tail curving upwards (now missing the tip); a powerful cylindrical neck traditionally cut in half and held together by a metal band held in place with nails; the head of classic form with open mouth revealing its tongue, large nostrils, brass tack eyes, two sets of horns, the longer with spiral incised design and metal bands at the ends; long, leaf-shaped ears pointing directly back and pierced along the lower edges for silver earrings (three missing from the right ear and seven missing from the left); the head finely incised with geometric designs; rich, dark brown patina with shiny areas
