An early Mennecy tobacco jar, circa 1725-30

Of tapering cylindrical shape, decorated with a moulded prunus motif after a Blanc de Chine example, painted with loose sprays of polychrome flowers, the footrim slightly wider with a moulded single band, 10.6cm high
