A large Vienna group of a bathing scene, circa 1770

Modelled by Anton Grassi, with a young lady seated on rockwork and raising her dress as if to wash her foot, a young man leaning over looking at her, another young lady standing beside them holding flowers in her apron, a stream running from the rockwork and a plant pot at their back, the base applied with foliage and edged with gilt scrolls, 24.5cm high, shield mark in underglaze-blue (some losses and chips)
