A Sèvres sucrier and cover on a fixed stand, circa 1766

Each painted with a border of gilt trellis panels on a blue ground and scrollwok enclosing coloured shells and floral swags, the cover with a border of gilt and foliate scrolls enclosing seeded panels ariund the gilt-topped knop, the stand: 23.7cm across, interlaced LL monogram enclosing date letter N and painter's mark for Guillaume Noel in blue, incised Jf (2)
