1. North American Review, volume 236, number 5 and 6 (November and December 1933). 2 volumes. 8vo. Original printed wrappers. Containing the stories "The Great Mountain" and "The Red Pony."
2. Harpers Magazine (August and October 1937 and August 1941). 5 volumes (dupes of Oct 1937 and Aug 1941 present). 4to. Original printed wrappers. Contains the stories "The Promise," "The Chysanthemums," and "How Edith McGillicuddy Met R.L.S."
3. Life Magazine (September 1, 1952). Folio. Original pictorial wrappers. Contains the full text of Hemingway's The Old Man and the Sea.
4. Ladies' Home Journal (February 1948). Folio. Original pictorial wrappers. Contains the excerpt from A Russian Journal accompanied by Robert Capa's photographs.
