Publisher's pale blue cloth stamped in silver and blind, dust jacket with back panel in blue tint. A few scattered spots to endpapers, cloth, faint spots to top edge, jacket spine mildly toned, but an excellent copy overall.
Provenance: Collection of David Heyler; by descent.
