A RARE WUCAI 'BOYS' BARREL-FORM PARFUMIER
17th/18th century
Of hollow drum shape, vividly enamelled in red, green, blue, aubergine and yellow around the exterior with a continuous scene of boys at various activities, all between a band of cartouches enclosing flowers and butterflies, pierced at the apex and on each side with coin motifs, box.

This present lot would have been used not only as a parfumier for clothes but also an armrest.
