A CELADON-GLAZED TRIPOD INCENSE BURNER

Ming Dynasty
Of compressed globular form, the body surmounted by an everted rim set with two U-shaped handles, supported on three tall feet, the exterior covered overall with a jade-green glaze, gilt-silver cover and box.

此類香爐為文人桌案雅玩,與本器同樣以青銅鼎為原型的見台北故宮藏一例龍泉三足爐,惟外壁以劃花為飾,見《碧綠-明代龍泉窯清瓷》,台北,2009年,圖版115。另倫敦邦瀚斯2015年11月12日亦售一件十五至十六世紀龍泉青瓷鼎式爐,拍品31。
