We are delighted to present an exceptional selection jades from throughout the long history of jade carving in China, including examples from the Ming dynasty and earlier. The diverse range of Chinese ceramics display characteristics representative of the beginning of the peak of ceramic production in China, as well as the highly detailed decorations of later periods. Further areas of interest include a collection of Chinese snuff bottles, spectacular Chinese bronzes and cloisonne, and an excellent collection of Indian paintings acquired in India during the late 1970s and early 1980s.
