after Daniel Chester French, United States, c. 1950.
Wood carving of a male figure in a contrapposto stance beside a plough, carrying a musket in his right hand, mounted on a chamfered square plinth inscribed "HONOR ROLL" in gold and black paint on four sides, all raised on a molded 12-inch octagonal base, drill hole behind figure holds a later United States flag, 12cm wide, 12cm deep, 35cm high (5in wide, 5in deep, 14in high).
