Portraits of the Princes & People of India. London: J. Dickinson & Son, 1844.
Folio (610 x 355 mm). Tinted lithographic title with vignette and 24 tinted lithographic plates by Lowes Dickinson after Emily Eden, printed by C. Hullmandel, each with letterpress leaf of description, lithographed list of plates. Rebacked contemporary half brown morocco and pictorially gilt-stamped cloth, retaining original spine laid down, in modern green cloth clamshell case. Rubbed, corners heavily bumped, endpapers and hinges renewed, dampstaining with repairs to some plates, minor foxing and fingermarks.
