4to (233 x 176 mm). Woodcut printer's device to title, double-page printed genealogical table, last leaf blank except for imprint on recto. Modern vellum. Some minor staining.
Provenance: Herbert Eberhard Hering (bookplate).

FIRST EDITION of this work arguing that Philip II of Spain (son of the Emperor Charles V) and his heirs are the legitimate kings of Portugal. Palau 43539.
