Of lenticular profile with integral cord-runners, decorated in inlay of shakudō, shibuichi, gold, and copper depicting the Chikurin Shikken (Seven Sages of the Bamboo Grove), the grove depicted in gold maki-e on a gold kinji ground, the interior gold nashiji, the shoulders and risers gold fundame, signed on the base Baitokusai, inlaid metal ojime
