The flattened rhomboid stoneware body with thin layers of delicately gradated colored clay in irregular bands covering the whole surface, ranging from black to pale blue-gray, the narrow mouth, shoulder ridge, and sides finished in dark glaze, signed underneath in blue glaze MIYASHITA
