A GROUP OF EIGHT MINIATURE BRONZE ANIMALS AS WATER DROPPERS OR WEIGHTS

17th to 19th century
Comprising: a dragon-headed seated deer, qilin, with fire-scrolls to the sides; a seated deer holding a leafy lingzhi spray from its mouth and trailing to its back; a smaller coiled deer; a seated horse with pricked ears; a seated hooved ram-like beast with antlers, a bird beak and bushy mane; a small running qilin with deer spots, fire scrolls and a raised bushy tail; a small seated scaly deer-like hooved mythical beast; and sinuous dragon atop a large leaf, two-character stamp to the underside.
4 1/2in and 1 1/2in (11.5cm and 3.8cm) high (8).
